Weekend Brunch: The Avocado Toast

Ingredients 

  • Two slices of Bread
  • One Avocado
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Paprika (optional)

Directions

  1. Put two slices of bread in the toaster for 2-3 minutes.
  2. While the bread is toasting, cut and slice the avocados into small cubes.
  3. With a fork or spoon, mash  the cubes of avocados as much as possible.
  4. Take bread out of toaster and put on a plate.  Butter the toast.
  5. Add the mashed up avocados onto each bread.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper to enhance flavor.
  7. As optional, sprinkle paprika.
  8. Enjoy!
